If virtual training works better for you we’re happy to adapt and takes things online. It’s up to you whether you’d like to do completely online or take the hybrid option.

Fascia Stretch Therapy

Mobility and flexibility are just as important as building strength, stretch therapy is great way to achieve optimal mobility to keep building strength and have you feeling fresh as spring Muskoka leaves.

Get a free consultation so we can discuss your goals and figure out how we’re going to get you to where you want to be.

Personal Training

Take on a Certified Personal Trainer to help you on your fitness journey and assist in achieving those goals you’ve set. We will start with an assesment to see where you are and then you can expect to enjoy a tailored program just for you including, resistance training, nutrition, and an option for cardio.

The Process

What to Expect?

Here’s the process of everything that will take place between our first contact all the way to what you’ll experience after getting started with your training sessions.

Step 1: Free Assessment + Tester Workout

We’ll go over core exercises and see how your body reacts. This way we’ll understand what needs to be worked on and how we can set up your custom program for the future.

Step 2: Begin Your New Program

Let the sweat go! Your weekly workouts start and we get to begin working away at those goals.

Step 3: Frequent Check-ins/Updates

As you progress throughout your program we’ll do check-ins to see where we are, how we can optimize to keep seeing gains, and talk about anything else important.
